  • 3 cups cooked potatoes sliced

Sauce

  • 4 slices bacon chopped
  • 1 onion diced
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley minced

Instructions

  • Mix all sauce ingredients together.
  • Heat to boil
  • Pour over potatoes and mix
