German Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked potatoes sliced
Sauce
- 4 slices bacon chopped
- 1 onion diced
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 2 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley minced
Instructions
- Mix all sauce ingredients together.
- Heat to boil
- Pour over potatoes and mix
