Oat-Bran Muffins

  • Muffin tins
  • 2½ cup oat-bran (uncooked)
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt (optional)
  • ¾ cup skimmed milk
