Norwegian Butter Cookies

 

Norwegian Butter Cookies

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 egg-yolk (hard cooked)
  • 1/2 tsp lemon extract
  1. Cream butter, add egg yolks pressed through sieve and cream in sugar.

  2. Add sifted flour and flavoring.

  3. Put through cooky press onto a cooky sheet.

  4. Decorate with a bit of candied cherry, if liked.

  5. Bake 10 minutes in 375 F) oven.
