Strawberry Frosted

Blended smooth in a jiffy

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3 oz package of strawberry flavored gelatin
  • 1 quart cold milk
  • 1 quart strawberry ice cream

  1. Place boiling water and gelatin in blender; cover and blend until gelatin is dissolved.

  2. Pour ½ cup of gelatin mixture into a cup and set aside.

  3. Add half the milk to gelatin mixture in blender; blend on low speed until well-mixed.

  4. Add half the ice cream; cover and blend until smooth.

  5. Pour evenly into 6 tall glasses.

  6. Blend remaining gelatin, milk & ice cream together and pour into the glasses.

  7. Garnish each glass with a fresh strawberry, if desired.
