MULLED CRANBERRY PUNCH
- 1 Bottle 1 Qt. Cranberry-juice cocktail
- 2 Cups Apple Cider
- ¼ cup golden raisins
- 5 whole cloves
- 5 whole allspice
Combine cranberry-juice cocktail, cider, and raisins in a medium-size saucepan.
Tie cloves and allspice in a cheesecloth bag and add to the pan.
Heat slowly, 5 minutes, or just until warm; remove spice bag.
Ladle into stemmed glasses, adding some of the raisins to each; garnish each with an orange slice threaded onto a cinnamon stick if you wish.

- 2 6 oz can orange juice concentrate frozen
- 1 6 oz can lemonade concentrate
- 6 cups cold water
- 10 oz frozen sliced strawberries thawed
- 2 bananas
- 3 cups ginger ale
- ice cube or ice ring
Dissolve orange juice and lemonade concentrate in cold water in a punch bowl or large serving bowl.
Place the strawberries and bananas in a blender and blend until smooth.
Stir the fruit into the liquid.
Can be made to this point up to four hours ahead and refrigerated.
Just before serving, stir and add the ginger ale and ice.
Serve cold.

- 1 cup boiling water
- 3 oz package of strawberry flavored gelatin
- 1 quart cold milk
- 1 quart strawberry ice cream
Place boiling water and gelatin in blender; cover and blend until gelatin is dissolved.
Pour ½ cup of gelatin mixture into a cup and set aside.
Add half the milk to gelatin mixture in blender; blend on low speed until well-mixed.
Add half the ice cream; cover and blend until smooth.
Pour evenly into 6 tall glasses.
Blend remaining gelatin, milk & ice cream together and pour into the glasses.
Garnish each glass with a fresh strawberry, if desired.

BRANDY PUNCH

- Juice of 2 oranges about ½ to 1 cup .
- Juice of 6 lemons about 1 to 1½ cups
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup triple sec or clear Curacao
- 1 750ml bottle Brandy
- 1 to 2 tablespoons grenadine
- 1 quart seltzer or sparkling water
In a large pitcher, combine orange and lemon juice and powdered sugar.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add triple sec or curacao, brandy and grenadine.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Place in serving bowl or punch bowl.
Add seltzer just before serving.
Makes about 10 servings.
