Scalloped Corn

SCALLOPED CORN

  • 3 c. fresh or canned corn
  • 3 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 l/2 tsp. salt
  • ⅛ tsp. pepper
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • Bread crumbs
  • Pimiento or green pepper strips
  1. Combine the first 5 ingredients.
  2. Pour into greased casserole.
  3. Lay strips of pimiento or green pepper across top.
  4. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 to 1½ hrs.
