Beer Muffins

Beer + Bisquick™ equals a super yummy & fast quick bread- the flavors change depending on what beer you chose (IPA, Lager, Kolach)

  • 12 oz beer (room temperature)
  • 3 cups Bisquick<sup>tm</sup>
  • 1 tbsp sugar

  1. Heat oven to 350°.

  2. Mix ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. Fill greased muffin tin ½ full.

  4. Bake 25 minutes
