Truskawkowy Paj z Lodówki

  • 1½ lyżki żelatyny bez smaku
  • ¼ filiżanki zimnej wody
  • 2 filiżanki truskawek
  • ½ filiżanki cukru
  • ¼ lyżecki soli
  • 1 filiżanka bitej śmictany
  • 2 białka
  • Ciasto na 9 cal paj
  1. Zamoczyć żaltyne w zimnej wodzie.
  2. Obmyć jagody I obrać z ogonkó nastepnie ugnieść.
  3. Dodać cukiez zusól.
  4. Stopić żelatynę nad gorącą wodą, następnie dodać do truskawek.
  5. Ubić gęsto śmietane I złożyć do masy.
  6. Ubite białka dodać naostatku.
  7. Zlać do upieczonegociasta.
  8. Wystudzić w lodówce, tak dłgo aż będzie można krajać.

Strawberry Pie from the Fridge

  • 1½ tablespoons tasteless gelatin
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 egg whites
  • Dough for 9 inch pies
  1. Soak the strawberries in cold water.
  2. Wash the berries and peel them, then crush them.
  3. Add sugar and salt.
  4. Melt the gelatin over hot water, then add it to the strawberries.
  5. Whip the cream thickly and fold into the mixture.
  6. Add the beaten egg whites last.
  7. Pour into the baked cake.
  8. Cool in the fridge until you can cut it.
