Strawberry Pie from the Fridge

tasteless gelatin

cold water

strawberries

sugar

salt

cup
whipped cream
2
egg whites
Dough for 9 inch pies

Instructions
Soak the strawberries in cold water.
Wash the berries and peel them, then crush them.
Add sugar and salt.
Melt the gelatin over hot water, then add it to the strawberries.
Whip the cream thickly and fold into the mixture.
Add the beaten egg whites last.
Pour into the baked cake.
Cool in the fridge until you can cut it.
