Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¼ cup sugar

Filling

  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 package Dream Whiptm
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

Crust

  • Mix together all graham cracker ingredients.
  • Pat into a 9x13" pan.
  • Bake in a 300° oven for 10 minutes.

Filling:

  • Mix cream cheese with confectioners sugar and fold in 1 package of Dream Whiptm which has been whipped with the milk and vanilla.
  • Spread on crust.
  • Top with 1 can of cherry pie filling.
  • Chill.

Ingredients

  • 1 pie shell unbaked
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 eggs beaten slightly
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup pecans

Instructions

  • Thoroughly mix corn syrup, sugar, softened butter, beaten eggs, and salt.
  • Place in an unbaked pastry shell and cover with pecan halves.
  • Bake at 350° F for 1 hour.

Ingredients

  • 1 9" baked pie shell
  • 1 pkg vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 quart strawberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1⅓ cups water
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions

  • Make and bake pie shell, using packaged pie crust mix.
  • Cool.
  • Prepare pudding mix as directed on the package.
  • Cool slightly; pour into pie shell.
  • Chill.
  • Wash strawberries; hull.
  • Simmer 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup sugar, and 1 cup water 15 minutes.
  • Mix remaining ⅓ cup water with cornstarch; add to cooked strawberries.
  • Cook until thick, stirring constantly; cool.
  • Add uncooked berries.
  • Spoon over pudding mixture in pie shell.
  • Chill 3 to 4 hours.
  • Yield: 1 9-inch pie.

Orange Meringue Pie

Filling

  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 can 6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 baked 9-inch pie shell

Meringue

  • 3 egg whites
  • ½ cup sugar

Instructions

  • Combine cornstarch and 1 cup of the sugar in saucepan.
  • Stir in egg yolks, thawed orange juice concentrate and water.
  • Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thick.
  • Add butter and stir until melted.
  • Cool slightly.
  • Pour into baked pie shell.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff.
  • Gradually beat in the remaining 1/2 cup sugar, a tablespoon, at a time.
  • Beat until stiff and glossy.
  • Spread meringue over filling, sealing meringue to pie shell.
  • Bake in a hot oven (400 degrees Fahrenheit) for 5 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  • Cool before cutting into wedges and serving.
