Sweden House Fudge Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 ½ squares bitter chocolate
  • 2 ½ oz pecan meats
  • 1 graham cracker crust pie shell

Instructions

  • Combine butter, sugar, and eggs.
  • Beat till light and fluffy.
  • Melt chocolate.
  • Fold in and add nuts.
  • Pour into shell.
  • Freeze,
  • Shred chocolate curls on top.
