Ever find a recipe and think “I doubt I can find anything more targeted to the water is too spicy crowd”? Well, this is one of them. The 1/8 tsp pepper the recipe calls for can’t do much for the flavor. It truly is white people food.

Potatoes-a-la-Eleganti

  • 1 quart casserole dish
  • 8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 cups Mashed Potatoes (hot)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Instant minced onions
  • ⅕ tsp pepper

  1. Beat Cream Cheese until fluffy

  2. Fold in Hot Potato

  3. Add egg, onion, salt & pepper

  4. Bake in 1 qt greased casserole at 350° for 45 minutes until Golden Brown.
