Bulgarian Meatball Soup
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 2 small onions (minced)
- 2 tsp dill weed
- 4 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 2 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- flour
- 12 cups beef broth
- ⅔ cup rice (uncooked)
- 1 lemon ((juice of))
- 4 tbsp fresh dill

Form small balls and roll them in the [wprm-ingredient text=”flour” uid=”7″]
Drop meatballs in boiling [wprm-ingredient text=”12 cups beef broth” uid=”8″]
Add the [wprm-ingredient text=”⅔ cup rice” uid=”9″], lower heat and cook about ½ hour
Add lemon Juice and additional dill.
Top with a tablespoon of yogurt or sour cream
