Mix
1½ lb ground beef
,
2 small onions
,
2 tsp dill weed
,
4 eggs
,
2 cloves garlic
,
2 tsp salt
,
½ tsp black pepper
in large bowl
Form small balls and roll them in the
flour
Drop meatballs in boiling
12 cups beef broth
Add the
⅔ cup rice
, lower heat and cook about ½ hour
Add lemon Juice and additional dill.
Top with a tablespoon of yogurt or sour cream
