Molded Cabbage Salad
- 1 package lemon gelatin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 1/2 cups cabbage (finely shredded)
- 2 tablespoons green pepper (diced)
- 1 tablespoon onion (grated)
- 1/2 cup carrot (slices)
- 1 tablespoon pimiento (chopped)
- lettuce
- radish
- mayonnaise
- Dissolve gelatin and salt in hot water. Add cold water and chill until gelatin begins to set.
- Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into a 1 quart mold or individual molds. Chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce, garnish with radishes and serve with mayonnaise.
