SLOVAK MEDOVNICKY (Spiced Honey Cake)

Ingredients

  • 2 oz salted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp allspice
  • 5 ½ cup flour

Instructions

  • Mix above ingredients
  • Roll thin, about ¼” thick.
  • Bake in 350° oven for 15 minutes.
  • Can use cookie cutter or a small glass to separate into small size cookies
