Yuletide Cookies

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 ¼ cup flour
  • salt
  • vanilla

Cream butter, add sugar, egg, other ingredients; chill. Roll out thin, use cutouts. Bake 350° until lightly browned.
Ice with confectioners icing and decorate.
