Strawberry Frosted
Blended smooth in a jiffy
Servings 6
Ingredients
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3 oz package of strawberry flavored gelatin
- 1 quart cold milk
- 1 quart strawberry ice cream
Instructions
- Place boiling water and gelatin in blender; cover and blend until gelatin is dissolved.
- Pour ½ cup of gelatin mixture into a cup and set aside.
- Add half the milk to gelatin mixture in blender; blend on low speed until well-mixed.
- Add half the ice cream; cover and blend until smooth.
- Pour evenly into 6 tall glasses.
- Blend remaining gelatin, milk & ice cream together and pour into the glasses.
- Garnish each glass with a fresh strawberry, if desired.
