SCALLOPED CORN
Servings 6
Ingredients
- 3 c. fresh or canned corn
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1 l/2 tsp. salt
- ⅛ tsp. pepper
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Bread crumbs
- Pimiento or green pepper strips
Instructions
- Combine the first 5 ingredients.
- Pour into greased casserole.
- Lay strips of pimiento or green pepper across top.
- Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
- Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 to 1½ hrs.
