I would have photos of the final product of the rye bread I made but it got ate up really really fast.
Rye Bread
Ingredients
- 1¼ cup warm water
- 1 pkg yeast` (2 ¼ tsp if using jarred)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp caraway seeds
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup rye flour
- 2½ cup White flour
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except white flour with an electric mixer
- Mix in white flour
- Cover
- Let rise until double.
- Spoon into 2 greased bread pans.
- Rise until double
- Bake at 375° for 40-45 minutes
