ORANGE CRISPS
Ingredients
- ⅔ Cup butter
- 1 ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 3 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- Grated rind of one orange
- 1 tbsp Orange juice
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Cream shortening with sugar.
- Beat eggs until light and add and mix well.
- Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder and stir in.
- Add orange rind and juice.
- Mix to make a smooth dough.
- Drop by tsp. onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325° for 12 to 15 minutes. ,
