TUNA CHOWDER
Ingredients
- 2 T Chopped-onion
- 2 T chopped parsley
- dash leaf thyme
- 2 T butter
- 1 can 10 ¾ ounces condensed cream of vegetable soup
- ½ soup can water
- ½ soup can milk
- 1 can (7 ounces) tuna, drained and flaked
Instructions
- Cook onion, parsley, and thyme in butter over low heat until onion is tender.
- Blond in soup, milk: and water; add tuna.
- Heat, stirring occasionally.
- Simmering for half an hour improves flavor
