TUNA CHOWDER

Ingredients

  • 2 T Chopped-onion
  • 2 T chopped parsley
  • dash leaf thyme
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 can 10 ¾ ounces condensed cream of vegetable soup
  • ½ soup can water
  • ½ soup can milk
  • 1 can (7 ounces) tuna, drained and flaked

Instructions

  • Cook onion, parsley, and thyme in butter over low heat until onion is tender.
  • Blond in soup, milk: and water; add tuna.
  • Heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Simmering for half an hour improves flavor
