Ever find a recipe and think “I doubt I can find anything more targeted to the water is too spicy crowd”? Well, this is one of them. The 1/8 tsp pepper the recipe calls for can’t do much for the flavor. It truly is white people food.

Potatoes-a-la-Eleganti

Equipment

  • 1 quart casserole dish greased

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 4 cups Mashed Potatoes hot
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Instant minced onions
  • tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Beat Cream Cheese until fluffy
  • Fold in Hot Potato
  • Add egg, onion, salt & pepper
  • Bake in 1 qt greased casserole at 350° for 45 minutes until Golden Brown.
