Ever find a recipe and think “I doubt I can find anything more targeted to the water is too spicy crowd”? Well, this is one of them. The 1/8 tsp pepper the recipe calls for can’t do much for the flavor. It truly is white people food.
Potatoes-a-la-Eleganti
Servings 4
Equipment
- 1 quart casserole dish greased
Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 4 cups Mashed Potatoes hot
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Instant minced onions
- ⅕ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Beat Cream Cheese until fluffy
- Fold in Hot Potato
- Add egg, onion, salt & pepper
- Bake in 1 qt greased casserole at 350° for 45 minutes until Golden Brown.
