Cole Slaw

Ingredients

Slaw part

  • 1 head cabbage (sliced)
  • Pepper Rings
  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • 1 cup sugar

Sauce

  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • ¾ cup oil
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • 1 tbsp salt

Instructions

  • Layer cabbage, pepper rings, and onions.
  • Pour sugar over top.
  • Boil together the sauce ingredients.
  • Pour over the cabbage mixture.
  • Marinate over night.
