Norwegian Apple Pie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup apples diced
- 1 cup nuts chopped
Instructions
- Beat the eggs well.
- Add sugar and the flour which has had baking powder and salt sifted in it.
- Add vanilla, apples, and nuts
- Spread onto two 9” greased pie tins.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350.
- Cut in wedges and serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
