Instructions
Spread batter in a well-buttered square pan.
Mix 1 cup light brown sugar with 4 tablespoons cocoa.
Spread over batter, over this pour 1 3/4 cup hot water, and bake at 350° about 45 minutes.
Serve with Whipped cream or plain.
