In a well-buttered shallow baking dish approximately 12x8 inches, place 1 sheet of phyllo dough and brush well with melted butter.
Repeat with 2 more sheets, folding in any overlapping edges. Sprinkle with ⅓ of walnut mixture; alternate layers of 3 sheets of buttered phyllo and walnut mixture; end with 3 phyllo sheets.
Cut into squares or triangles and bake in a 375° oven 45 minutes or until golden.
Pour evenly over assembled layers: 1/2 cup honey
Let cool before removing from dish. Serve at room temperature or reheat briefly in a 350* oven.
