After asking people on Facebook the Sample Store at Main & Eggert was in the small plaza near where Ziggy’s is.

Buffalo-Courier Express, Sunday, May 4, 1969 Sample Ad. The Seneca Mall opened in 1969 & the Sample was there until 1989 (having opened a store at the new Walden Galleria Mall). The chain lasted until 1991.
