Christmas Rocks
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 1 Cup Butter
- 3 Cups Flour
- 1 Cup Candied pineapple
- 1 Cup Dates
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa
- 1 Pound Pecans (Or 1/2 lb walnuts & 1/2 lb pecans)
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp Dark coffee
- 1 Cup Red candied cherries
- 1 Cup Green candied cherries
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger
- 1/2 Tsp Allspice
- 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
- 3/4 Tsp Soda
Instructions
- Cream Butter and sugar. Add eggs and coffee. Mix well.
- Add flour, cocoa, spices and soda
- Mix in fruits and nuts.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
